Topics:

  1. Making sure that you have a model that represents your business processes and decision criteria in ManagePro.

    • Business questions and departments represented by custom views. Setting up custom views to track the criteria that match up with your top 5 – 10 business questions.
    • Business rules. Defining what to put in, how much, how often and who’s responsible to input. Defining interface rules between when to use other programs, such as Outlook and when to use ManagePro to manage key information across the organization.
  2. Addressing the cultural/people side of ManagePro adoption – nothing makes you successful like people. This section of the workshop will focus on addressing the following:
    • Does implementing ManagePro represent a cultural crisis? If so what assumptions and habits are driving the crisis, and what are you doing to change that… or unconsciously maintain it?
    • Have you built a compelling business case for change and if so what is the cost of maintaining the past and the ROI for making a change?
    • Have you developed your personal change-process strategy? When will you use incentives and when or at what point will you use mandates? How will you hold people accountable? What does your strategy look like on your schedule; e.g. how many hours per week committed to what activities?
  3. Tailoring key solutions for your business with ManagePro.
