Meeting Management Service and our TRADE-IN Guarantee
The Challenge: Your meetings are full of ideas, updates, documents and action items. Lots of information is discussed, but not easily captured or available for follow-up at the next meeting, much less tomorrow, without significant effort and tracking down those "meeting minutes"... You know the drill.
As an alternative to that process, we provide our Meeting Management Service, in which we work with you to setup the meeting agenda in ManagePro, then join the meeting via our web-meeting software. During the meeting we display the working meeting agenda in ManagePro and key in (capture) the updates and action items as you proceed through the meeting. You see it all happening live. All of the action items are sent out via email, and we provide basic updates on action items created in the meeting.
We also provide the meeting service as a trade-in guarantee on newly purchased licenses. If you find within the first 30 days post purchase that one or more licenses will not be used, we allow you to trade-in 100% of the cost of those licenses and apply it to our Meeting Management Service. Trade-ins between 31 and 90 days following purchase are accounted a 50% trade-in value against Meeting Management Service.
