    The Solution: We’ve found the best approach, the real key to determine if a software application will work for you, is to work with your own business data within an application, walking through the top 5 – 10 business solutions you need to create, and to have that experience shared by key stakeholders and decision makers.

    We've also observed that many people intuitively use one of two approaches that don't work so well. That is, they don’t yield very accurate predictive answers to the question of fit for an application of this type. Those two common approaches are:

    The Solution: We dive in and work with you to configure and mobilize a solid strategic plan in ManagePro. A strategic plan that is aligned with your operations and top projects.     4. Monthly Update Service Monthly update service to get it done

    The Challenge: The #1 challenge people encounter after learning how to use the program is... keeping it regularly updated.  It only take a few minutes each day, but it's easy to fall behind, despite good intentions.  We solve that problem for you by providing a weekly service via the web and telephone to prompt, assist, encourage and in short; make sure each user "get's it done."  Think of it like having a personal trainer that shows up at your office for 30 minutes once a week to help you stay accountable to managing information and updates, so it's easier for everyone to coordinate and make the best decisions.  We even help you populate a scoreboard for tracking use of the program so that you can reward your high performers. 

    The Solution: We work with individual users on a weekly or bi-weekly basis sharing a view of the user's screen via the web to promote success, accountability and visibility through the use of ManagePro or MProLite, but here's the details:

    1. Updates for the entire teamThe monthly update service requires purchasing a minimum of two hours/month for each user enrolled.
    2. You can try the first session entirely risk free.  If you don't find it valuable or a good fit, just let us know and we'll waive the fee.
    3. The fee gets billed monthly and you can stop at any time, with no monthly charges being billed beyond the current month you are enrolled in.
    4. The hourly fee is structured as follow:
       
      • $60/hour provides support managing scorecards and dashboards, resource allocation, performance tracking, reports and analytics

Meeting Scribe Service

The Challenge: Meetings are central to getting business done for most organizations. Ranging from slow paced report reviews to fast paced collaborative discussions, they present a challenge to store the information in a readily retrievable format, and create action items that are easy to follow-up.  

The Solution: ManagePro represents a powerful tool to help manage the information presented in meetings with efficiency and time savings unlike any other tool. As part of our meeting management service we provide a ManagePro business expert to assist you in creating the meeting agenda, who then joins you in the meeting via web meeting software. Working the keyboard with an onscreen display, we capture information and action items for you, while you're conducting the meeting. We send out the actions created in the meeting via email, plus provide reports to track follow-through. Nothing slips through the cracks.

As an addition benefit, we allow purchasers of new licenses, who find out one or more licenses will not be used, to trade those back in against the Meeting Service. As we find that whether direct reports use ManagePro or MProLite, or not, executives and managers find tremendous value by managing their meetings using ManagePro.
