The Display Range is available in the User Data Views; Todos, Events and Progress Updates. The Default is set to 30 Days and can be changed by right-clicking and selecting the desired date range i.e., 60 Days, 90 Days or All.
Note: In very large databases, it is recommended to set the Display Date Rage to 30 Days, otherwise, there may be a decrease in performance.
Setting the Display Date Range in the User List for Todo's, Events and Progress Updates also defines the date range of these records that will
display in the Goal Details and Related Data window.. For example, if you are in this View, on any one these tabs, and you can not
see records that are beyond 30 days, please check the Display Date Range Settings in the User List Data window shown below.
Go back to the Goal Details and Related Data Window, either the Todo's, Events, or Progress Updates will be displayed based on the
Display Date Range Settings in the User Data?List View.
