ManagePro filters consists of up to four criteria organized into two logical groups: ( #1 AND/OR #2 ) AND/OR ( #3 AND/OR #4 )
The process of creating a filter starts with the first criteria:
Clicking a criteria button opens the Criteria dialog
A Filter Criteria consists of a field, a condition and a value. The list of fields depends on the view you are working in (goals, todos, events, progress or resources), the list of available conditions depends on the field you have selected and the value entry will be a text entry (number, string or duration/interval) or a list selection or a date picker depending on the field and match-type selected.
As you add criteria to the filter the dialog advances as shown in the following two screens:
