Before a user can be assigned to a business group, the Business Group must exist (See Adding Business Groups)
To Assign a User to a Business Group, follow the instructions below:
| • | Go to the People & Meeting Tab |
| • | High-light the Person from the list |
| • | Right-click and select User Access |

| • | In the Business Groups Section of the User Access window, |
| • | Select each business Group the User is to be assigned to (means they will have the ability to read, and/or write) to records the Business Groups is assigned and/or where People in the business group are assigned. |
