Unable to Drag and Drop

Problem: After the installation of the ManagePro Outlook Add-in, I'm unable to drag and drop email messages.

Resolution: The problem where nothing appears to happen after dragging and dropping an email message has been known to happen due to the “done” status missing from the “status” pick list in ManagePro or the managepro.dll is not added as an active add-in  the Outlook Trust Center. Please try the following:

Close Outlook

In ManagePro, navigate to Preferences|Terminology

Under the Goal Data Type, select Status for the List to Edit
Add the Done status if not there. 

Click Save
Restart Outlook then try to drag and drop again.

If the steps above do not resolve the problem, please add the Managepro.dll as an active application add-in the MS Outlook Trust Center.
