Now there's a seamless method of dragging and dropping your email onto a ManagePro outline of your current work projects, tasks and goals displayed within Outlook.  Emails are immediately converted into either a progress update with the emails attached documents, or a reminder of an action needed in the form of either a task or meeting.  Tasks and Meetings within Outlook are synchronized with the MproLite calendar and vice versa.

This workshop is designed for business owners and senior executives. The emphasis is on building business solutions into ManagePro during the workshop, such that the attendees will leave with key tools in place to address projects, people and strategy.   The goal by the end of the workshop is to a working design in ManagePro that allows you to track and score your strategic plan, plan and resource your primary projects, set up performance scorecards for key individuals, and be able to use portfolio analysis in responding to key business questions.  

The workshop is limited to a small number of participants to provide a very practical, hands-on experience for those attending.   The location overlooks the ocean and redwoods on the border of Oregon and California at our offices at 301 Nautical Heights Drive, Smith River, CA. The dates for the workshop for 2008 have yet to be scheduled, please check back in the third quarter of 2008 for dates.  The fee for the workshop is $1,000/person.
